In March 2022 Grays engaged Kyte Consulting to undergo a holistic CX Maturity Assessment reviewing Data, Technology, Content, Processes, People and Customer Experience capabilities against business objectives. This initial assessment led to the development of an improvement roadmap focused on ongoing optimisation, including:

  • Development of brand specific Preference Centre data management options to allow for targeting additional sub brands.
  • Developed, tested and configured single click unsubscribe process.
  • Built transactional outbid campaign to inform customers when they are not winning a campaign.
