Hi, I'm Anita Pera, CEO and Founder of Kite Consulting.
Myself and the team are very much looking forward to 2026, so see what they have to say and don't miss the fun part at the end of this video.
Hi, I'm Kev Stevens, I'm a senior CX consultant with Kite, also the capability lead for Fusion sales and service.
Hi, my name is Manish Desila, I'm a senior ERP consultant.
I'm Ashley Banner, PMO lead ETC consulting.
Hi everyone, my name is Chipah.
I used to be the kind of old asset in Oracle, but not anymore, and now I'm part of Kite.
Hi, my name is Richard Atkins.
I'm managing director of Kite Consulting and head of the HCM and ERP practise.
Hi, I'm Shagun.
I work as Oracle HCM and ERP senior consultant.
So I'm excited to see what 2026 has in store for us.
And my personal goal with Kite is to take more ownership in the capability leader role that I have, contribute at a higher level and deliver meaningful outcomes in whatever capacity I can.
My word of selection is the word maturity.
And the word maturity to me has a number of different very important meanings.
And those are why I think that maturity is the word that we really need to take to heart in 2026.
The word of the year is momentum.
This year I'm excited to build momentum in delivering CX service and field service solutions and also excited to work on AI-based Agentech and AI-based Oracle solutions.
I think Kite, in one word from my experience, is nimble.
I'm looking really forward to a couple of projects that we kicked off last year.
Which basically cover the entire asset-based service model of Oracle.
So it's not just the service aspect of it, but also the asset management aspect, the maintenance aspect, and finishing off with revenue recognition.
Year 26 is a new start because now I have a different status, but the goal is the same: success for my customer.
And my word for 2026 is impact.
I want my work to make a real difference for our clients and the team through quality delivery.
I think the word that describes what we're going to be doing this year is growth.
I think last year we set all the foundations for us to build into the HCM and ERP side of things.
The practise is really stable at the moment.
So this year it's all about growing, expanding, opening up new opportunities and bringing in more exciting new customers.
My word for this year is enablement.
Enabling my team to achieve their mission.
