Oracle AI World 2026: Bringing the Latest Oracle AI Back to Australian Customers

Oracle AI is moving faster than most roadmaps. The AI roadmap an Oracle Fusion customer set twelve months ago is already out of date. Oracle now ships new AI capability with every quarterly release — embedded assistants, AI agents and new ways to automate work across HCM, ERP and CX.
Oracle AI World 2026 meet Anita Parer

So I’m heading to Oracle AI World in Las Vegas, 25–28 October 2026, at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center.

Why I’m going

Customers trust Kyte Consulting to tell them where they stand on AI and what to do next. That advice is only as good as it is current.

Four days with Oracle’s product leaders, engineers and customers is the fastest way to separate what’s real from what’s roadmap. I want our AI adoption and maturity work to reflect the platform as it stands today — not as it stood last year.

Kyte runs on AI in our own delivery every day. That teaches you quickly the difference between a compelling demo and something that works in production. I’ll be bringing that lens to every session.

The framework behind our AI work

Too many AI pilots never reach production. The obstacle is rarely the technology — it’s integration, security, and nobody owning the cost or the outcome once it’s live.

That’s why Kyte’s AI consulting runs on our End-to-End AI Maturity Framework: six stages, joined by a continuous improvement loop.

  1. Business strategy, economics and ownership — tie AI investment to the business plan and put a number on cost and return.
  2. Process prioritisation — score the business processes worth automating, and name the ones not to build.
  3. AI solution and data architecture — assess today’s state, design the target, and build on the stack you already own.
  4. AI configuration and token optimisation — configure models and forecast consumption before costs scale.
  5. Cyber security and policy compliance — risk assessment, data privacy, usage policy and controls.
  6. Outcomes scorecard — governance, agent ownership and continuous improvement: cost against forecast, value banked against value claimed.

Customers enter wherever they are on the journey — crawl, walk or run.

What I’ll be looking for

I’ll be looking at everything through the lens of that framework:

  • Strategy and prioritisation. Which Oracle Fusion AI capabilities across HCM, ERP and CX are ready now, and which business processes they should move first.
  • Architecture. Where Oracle’s AI agents and AI Agent Studio are heading, and how they connect to the systems where the work actually happens.
  • Configuration and cost. How AI consumption behaves at production volume — so a business case is a number, not a range.
  • Security and governance. The data, permission and policy controls that need to be in place before agents go live.
  • Running it after. Lessons from customers already at scale — what worked, what stalled, and who owns it once it’s live.

What this means for our customers

When I’m back, what I learn goes straight into our AI Maturity Framework — refreshing the readiness assessments, use case scoring and roadmaps we build with customers.

If you’re a CEO or board member weighing where AI fits in your strategy, you’ll get a clear view of the risk and the opportunity. If you’re a CIO deciding what to switch on next, you’ll get advice grounded in what Oracle is shipping now — prioritised for your environment, your people and your budget.

Let’s talk — in Las Vegas or back home

The organisations that win with AI won’t be the ones that adopt the most features. They’ll be the ones that adopt the right features, at the right time, with a clear path to maturity.

If you’re attending Oracle AI World, message me and let’s find time to meet. If you’re not, book an Oracle AI readiness conversation with Kyte after the event — I’ll share what matters most for your Oracle environment.

The best is yet to come.
