AI Agent Studio comes to Fusion HCM

Design-time workspace to instantiate templates, build custom agents or agent teams, add tools and topics (your policies, guides, PDFs), then debug and deploy those agents right into HCM pages and processes. Think of it as your governed agent factory—with existing Fusion roles and audit trails.

Quick start:

  1. Open Navigator → Tools → AI Agent Studio.
  2. Start from a template (e.g., Benefits Policy Advisor), add your policy docs as Topics.
  3. Enable the tools your agent can use (lookups, actions, deep-links, alerts).
  4. Test, then deploy to the Redwood page or Journey step that needs it.
