Inside Oracle Responsys Express

In August 2021 Oracle released “Responsys Express”, with surprisingly little fanfare. Responsys Express is a cut down version of Oracle’s hugely popular enterprise scale omnichannel marketing platform “Responsys”, providing email communication only. Developed on Oracle Gen2 Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle is addressing the Marketing Automation need for Small to Medium Businesses with the ability to scale the platform, as the business grows.

Oracle released a new version of it’s versatile Omni Channel platform Responsys in 2021. This new version is a cut down version of the Software which has been redeveloped on Oracle’s Gen2 Infrastructure. During the revision Oracle has taken the opportunity to redevelop the fundamental way the platform actually works, making a host of improvements to the process of building campaigns. Oracle intends on migrating all Responsys Customers onto the new infrastructure
