New features in Oracle Fusion Sales 25B

The majority of new features introduced in 25B for Oracle Fusion Sales relate to core capabilities and common Redwood functionality. That said, Enterprise Contracts got some AI love in this release, detailed below.

Redwood and Core Features

Navigate to external links from CX Sales Navigation Bar – this feature allows you to launch external applications directly from within CX Sales. The feature allows both dynamic and static URL menu items.

Change message template tone and correct grammar – Using the writing assistant from within message templates, users can utilise AI to change the tone of a message from casual to professional, summarise with bullet points and correct grammar.

Deploy Sales AI Agents using RAG tools – AI Agents can now be created to get insights from PDF documents using a retrieval augmented generate (RAG) tool. Documents are added to a Tool (something the AI Agent can use) and the tool is assigned to an AI Agent. When invoked via a smart action, users can ask questions and get responses from the AI Agents on the document content.

Send Mass emails from Oracle Sales- Send emails to multiple leads or contacts from different accounts simultaneously using email templates, and track their interactions as web activities in Oracle Sales.

This feature enhances reps' productivity by enabling them to engage with up to 10 customers simultaneously through personalized emails while tracking interactions to refine their engagement strategy for success.

Enterprise Contacts

Extract Key Terms from Contract Documents using Generative AI - Using Generative AI you can now extract Key Terms from contract documents much easier, faster and more accurately. Key terms (like payment terms, renewal dates etc) are defined by an administrator and then used within a prompt definition. Once set up and fine tuned, the prompts are then assigned to different contract types to automatically pull out the key information.

Classify Contract Key Terms - You can classify or categorize contract key terms according to your custom business rules. Classification provides a quick overview of critical key terms, allowing you to identify those that require attention. It helps in risk assessment by highlighting potential issues, drawing attention to non-standard clauses, and distinguishing between favorable and unfavorable terms within the contract.
