Executive Summary

My name is Kev Stephens and I’ve been a Senior Oracle CX consultant with Kyte for just over 2 years now. I have over 25 years of systems implementation and management experience, with a focus on customer support and service environments (with a sprinkling of Higher Ed and Government thrown in).

I’ve recently taken on the role of Capability Lead for Oracle Fusion Sales and Service for Kyte which is something I’m very excited about. While the bulk of my Oracle experience is with B2C Service (aka RightNow/Oracle Service Cloud) and Intelligent Advisor, I have been actively working with Fusion for the last few years and have seen it really evolve in that time.

The biggest draw card I see with these products today is the seamless integration with AI Agents – making them a part of the application, embedded into workflow and user experience.

That said, as a nuts and bolts kind of guy (who cut his teeth as a system and application administrator) something I am also very pleased to see is Oracle’s ongoing commitment to improving the core product itself – making it easier to implement and removing barriers that may have held companies back from moving forward with specific features or the product as a whole. A shiny exciting system loses its luster quickly if it is difficult to maintain (which erodes your cost benefit) and I think Oracle has a good balance here – new features to drive customer capability in the market while driving continuous improvement in the product itself.
