Executive Summary

With more than 20 years of professional experience, I am an Oracle Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist and Solution Architect (TOGAF Certified). An experienced Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle Cloud stacks (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS). For the last seven years, I have been focusing on project implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), Oracle B2B/B2C Service Cloud (Fusion Cloud) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

With my previous ten years of experience in the Financial Services industry and different experiences across various public and private sector industries, as an MBA from Swinburne University, I know what is needed for the successful implementation of an IT project. It all comes down to effective communication, empathy and sharing common goals.
