Executive Summary

With over 25 years of immersive involvement in the IT sector, I've held roles as an enterprise, data, and solution architect for the past 15 years. My professional journey has been defined by collaborative ventures across a spectrum of industries, including federal, state, and local government bodies, as well as sectors such as higher education, banking, telecommunications, healthcare, and aviation.

Over the course of my career, I've engaged with more than 50 clients on enterprise-scale projects spanning CX, ERP, HR and Payroll, Supply Chain, and Master Data Management.

  • Provided consulting services to more than 50 clients across diverse industries, including CRM, MDM, Marketing, eCommerce, SCM, Billing, HCM, and ERP and been a trusted advisor for many clients.
  • Worked closely with a Higher Education client right from the beginning, providing presales support and steering the implementation of CDM. Took the lead in designing the student life cycle and sales force automation for the CX solution of a renowned Australian university, ultimately earning recognition as a Trusted Adviser.
  • Led the architecture and implementation of a transformative project for a large local government, migrating from legacy systems to a multi-pillar cloud platform encompassing ERP, HCM, EPM, CRM/CX
