Executive Summary

With a background in IT and 15 years of Marketing technical support I am ideally suited to drive the connectivity and technology solutioning to focus on the experience economy and better enable performance marketing. Having worked as an implementation manager and technology services team lead, I have a deep understanding on how Martech can work together and also understand how to build the appropriate world class services team to support your business.

Peter Clarkson worked directly with me as our in-house Project manager from Oracle Responsys. He impressed me within the very first few days of joining by getting his hands dirty with our CMS system and very quickly became the subject matter expert where even I ended up asking him questions on how to do things. During his time working with me Peter worked on some really key projects for our team and the airline in general and both his level and quality of output was of a very high calibre. Peter has a great background in eCommerce and User Experience which made him a perfect addition to helping shape key our online proposition. In addition to Peter’s ability to manage various stakeholders he is a genuinely great person to have around making work fun.
